I can’t save screenshots, save photos from websites or text messages and when I take photos, they don’t save to my camera roll. Also, I can’t send, edit, or even delete a phot that has been captured once I hit the thumbnail square while still in the camera mode. I need my camera for business purposes and I have tried EVERYTHING to resolve this problem.
