ITunes library
Most of my ITunes library disappeared when I got a new computer. Apple customer service just says they're gone. Any help is appreciated.

No. The hard drive wasn't recoverable. Strange thing is my library shows the las 14 songs I bought but nothing else. Went through all the options (Purchases, Accounts) but no help. My desktop and laptop show the same songs. Thanks for the reply
