ITunes library
Most of my ITunes library disappeared when I got a new computer. Apple customer service just says they're gone. Any help is appreciated.

No. The hard drive wasn't recoverable. Strange thing is my library shows the las 14 songs I bought but nothing else. Went through all the options (Purchases, Accounts) but no help. My desktop and laptop show the same songs. Thanks for the reply
See Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community. Do you still have the old computer, any backups, or any devices that hold your content?
