My emails are lost after updating to iOS 15

Have you updated to iOS 15.1 yet?

Have you gone to Settings > Mail > Accounts? Do you see your account there?

If it's not there, try adding the account back: Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Have you checked your web mail portal on a browser? Do you see your email?

same issue with ipad running os15.2 - mail indicates number of emails there (over 10k!). After reinstall, most recent mails show and mail then freezes. after restart back to no emails. I can send an article from NYTime or other apps via email to myself, for instance, but cannot send emails from mail. real problem.

What did the iOS 15 update do with all my emails from all my Comcast accounts. Gone from my iPad AND my android laptop. I can’t find it anywhere. How did I reinstate all these. Includes personal and professional work. Totally frustrating nd unacceptable.
