How can I fix this issue on my iCloud drive?

I have this issue on icloud.com. I'm having trouble uploading my files on this site; I'm wondering if you can help me with this issue. This has been going on since Wednesday.

iCloud Drive - stuck uploading one file I have iCloud drive enabled - with many GB of data. For many days now the sync indicator has looked like this: And if I click on the progress indicator I get this: And it has been stuck on "Uploading 1 item" for about 5 days now. I have no idea how to find out which file is being uploaded because none of the folders or files in my iCloud drive have the "cloud" symbol on them which normally indicates syncing activity. iCloud Stuck on Uploading I realized yesterday evening that my iCloud is not uploading documents. It shows that I have 1.74 TB available, and that my Mac has 32,567 files to upload (2.8 GB). I've rebooted, and actually a few weeks ago when this happened, I signed out of iCloud and signed back in. That seem to have resolve the issue temporarily. How do I see what files are actually waiting to upload to see if it's a specific file that is causing the issue? I have rebooted, multiple times...

This is on the iCloud website on Google Chrome, by the way.
