Widgets on Lock screen

Hi, Is it possible to add a widget, or even an app, to the iPad Lock Screen so it actually appears on the Lock Screen when you turn on or wake up your iPad? For example, a sticky note that will appear on the screen when you wake it up without having to swipe right.
