Hi, i can t uograde my icloud storage. Everytime when i try this i have an error. How can i resolve?

To get started, does the same issue occur if you try and upgrade to iCloud+ while on a Wi-Fi network?

Also, let's try upgrading with Low Power Mode disabled in Settings > Battery. When Low Power Mode is enabled, some features might take longer to update or complete. From that link choose Music, Apps & Services > iCloud > Account & Setup > Help with iCloud+. From there you should see a few options to reach out, depending on your location.
