Audio is disabled during calls

Hello there

My iPhone audio is not working during calls the speaker option is gray and can’t be use as well also I can’t make call or put voice on apps as well the audio of voice recorder and camera are not working … but Rining and music are fine

I tried all troubleshooting option suggested but no reason

Is it a software issue or hardware?
any one have same experience please help me

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If you have a distorted sound issue on your iPhone --> If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad
If you are not able to hear the other person, click this...>If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't ...
If you only hear through speakerphone mode --> If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode - Apple Support

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
