The problem with Out of Focus Camera on 12 Pro Max

I’m a Aviation Geek and I sometimes use my phone for Spotting Airplanes some times Kilometers away some times just less than 20 meters

every time i try to adjust my camera focus on the target (Moving Plane/Heli) The Focus point will Skyrocket to Infinity and it will be Blurry .

in night despite Disabling Night Mode and Live Mode Hoping Getting better image , The Focus Gets Worse .

My OS is IOS 15 and i still have this problem

the focus for small objects Farther than maybe hundred meters away will be set to infinity and everything will be blurry unless i find a much closer object to focus on then capturing the Heli/Plane Picture but that way the Camera is not focused on the target thus The image is not that good

maybe I’m not getting used to 12 Pro Max’s Camera it’s either me or the phone ; Anyways I’ll be thankful if you help me out 👻❤️
