Why do my phones calls keep getting forwarded to someone else when I don’t answer the phone? Please help.

Call Forwarding and its variants are a feature provided and managed by your carrier. You have stated that your calls get forwarded only when you do not answer. Two places to double check:

  1. Open Settings ➔ Phone ➔ Call Forwarding; Set this to OFF if it is active.
  2. If the above does not resolve it, then contact your carrier and ask them to check whether Forward calls on No Answer is active on your account. If it is, then they can set that to OFF.
