YouTube on iPadOS - Cursor disappears and never appears again until device restart

I have tested this behaviour multiple time on my Magic Keyboard.

As I am using the youtube app, when some use the cursor to seek to move the video back and forth, the cursor disappears and never appears again, but I can use the trackpad swipe gesture to go to home, open split view apps as i move the either side of the iPad.

This is not limited to seek using cursor, also happens when double tap for extra menu, when minimising youtube video (in-app). Seems some internal error is not handled properly which messes up the iPad cursor

This means the cursor is active jus not appearing. YouTube is the only app that does this cursor disappearing. This bug had been there more quite a while and makes the entire ipad with keyboard experience unusable.
