Why is the app store stating my MacBook air cannot download apps that require a minimum 0f 11 ios when mine is updated to Monterey 12.0.1?

Start with a Restart:
When's the last time you restart your Mac? If you have just updated, then restart your Mac, as the configuration are not 100% complete.
