Macbook stuck on question mark / globus

Hi,

When I turn on my macbook, a blinking question mark appears.

I tried to restart it with Command+R in order to get to the utility, but without success- it goes to a round globe for about 5 minutes, and after that it shows globe with alert symbol and code -1008F.

I tried to do everything written in here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204156 without success.

I also tried to reinstall macos (big sur) with flash drive, also without success- the globe with alert symbol is shows again.

What can I do?
