Album purchase only authorisied 2 tracks

Apple authorisation repeadily drives me insane, how many times do I have to authorise the same PC!?

Today it hit a new low. I purchased an album from iTunes believing I would then own all track and be able to play them freely as I wished. During the download there were some connection errors but eventually I successufully downloaded all tracks and could see them in my local music library folder.

However, when I try to play the tracks only 2 work. The other 8 say I must authorise my PC. I have followed the process to do this at which point it says my PC was previously authorised and has been reauthorised, but even after this if I try to play any of the 8 other tracks it still reports I am not authorised!

What can I do?

Windows, Windows 10

Repeated requests to authorize an already authorized computer for store downloads typically indicates you have corrupt or incomplete copies. Backup and then delete the tracks that won't play from your library without hiding from your purchase history. Redownload using the cloud links that should remain, or close iTunes and reopen if they don't show up straight away. While downloading click the activity widget and turn off the option that allows for simultaneous downloads.
