Only a few of my contacts were transferred over to my new phone. How do I get the rest to transfer?
How do I get all my contacts transferred to a new phone? I lost my old phone.

It depends on where they were stored. Could be iCloud, another email account or only on the phone.
For the first two ensure those accounts are all added in Settings, Contacts, Accounts with Contacts turned on. (iCloud will already be there)
Any contacts that were only on the phone will have to come from a backup.
