If “on the cloud” means you housed your contacts in iCloud, then …

You don't.

If you were syncing your contacts with iCloud or another cloud service, sign into your account on the new phone and sync them down from the server.

Thanks for the quick reply. I’m having trouble accessing/locating my phone contacts on the cloud
