Hi , I have ordered online iPhone 13 pro max on 3rd of November, and today it’s 7th of November
but when I track my order, it’s still in processing?
how much time does it takes to move from processing to preparing to shipment
and as my in my case is it normal ?

Apples order system is pretty accurate. You should expect to receive your phone within the date range listed. When it is being Prepared to Ship, it will move to shipped pretty quickly after that. The status change to Preparing to Ship won't happen until the very moment it is actually preparing to ship.
