Microphone mode

I can change microphone mode from standart to voice isolation or wide spectrum in some apps, such as whatsapp calls or instagram reels but I cannot change in phone calls and camera app. I think in the first version of iOS 15 I was able to change it from the control center during a call, but in the latest version the microphone mode option does not appear in the control center during a call. How can I change microphone mode for phone calls and camera app? Thank you.

Orange Microphone symbol Every phone call I make the orange microphone pops up, o have an iPhone 12 with latest updates. I have turned off the microphone for apps and also for voice control and it still appears for every phone call. When I swipe down during the call it shows the microphone but not any apps connected, and the different modes for the microphone. how do I turn it off?

It is only compatible with FaceTime.
