Transfered music to a new phone. I have 43 songs that were purchased from an account the does not exsist anymore so I cant authorize to use them. How do I authorize my purchases ?

You don't. Not without using that ID. The license for music is attached to the account, not to the person. You could set up a family share to share purchases between the accounts but you'd still need your access.

Or, follow this advice from a different thread (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8034252)

While the Apple ID is an email address, it is also a user ID. If you have the password you can still use the old email address to log in to https://appleid.apple.com to change the email address. If you have trouble with that you can contact Apple's Account Security Team by following this link: Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security or by calling and asking for help with account security: Apple phone contacts
