Apple Watch charge is to small for the outlet charger I currently have for my iPhone

Unable to charge Apple Watch. The magnetic charger will not fit in the current outlet plug portion I have for my iPhone.

I assume the cable has a USB-C connector (newer standard for watches) and the charging block has a USB-B type connector. You can either buy a USB-C charging block (to get maximum charging rate) or get a USB-B to C adapter (or USB-B cable) and accept a slower charging rate.
