Monterey support

I've just upgraded to Monterery on my Mac Mini 2020 with 16GB of memory. What I've found is that once I let the Mini go to sleep and wake it up, it no longer will connect with Wifi and I have to restart the computer in order to check out any website. Once I restart it'll work until it goes to sleep again, but having to restart every time to check out websites is hardly an optimal experience. Anyone else experiencing similar issues? Is there a workaround?

I have this same issue with my MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021 with M1Pro), running Monterey 12.1. The strange thing is, Messages continue to work after reawakening, but I can't access websites nor use Terminal to ping any known working servers. I can confirm that my wifi network itself works, as my iPad and iPhone are both connected and working fine.
