Heart rate monitoring of family member

Hi I was planning to buy an apple watch 7 for a child with family account, can I get High / Low heart rate alerts pushed to my iphone, there is no clear documentation around this?

Hey benaspx,

This is possible to get notifications for this on an Apple Watch, yes.

It is not possible to get the notifications on the iPhone.

Hi sorry,

I don't think you understood my question.

I want to buy my young son an apple watch on a family sharing plan, I want to track his heart rate real time, or get notifications to my phone if his heart rate drops below a threshold.

is this possible on an apple watch ?

I found this " see link Below " which suggests you can share health info real time, but there isn't much documentation about it's limits, or videos explaining it's use
