up until I got my iPhone 13 I could call my mom on her landline and later that day send her a text to her mobile. Now when I send her a text and attempts to go to her landline and gives me no option to select the mobile number. She has not been getting any of my texts. Very frustrating is there a fix for this?

Really? If you see a ”>” as you’re entering her address, tap it and you’ll see options. Otherwise, you may type her mobile number into the message’s “To:” field.
Assuming your mom is one of your contacts, and she has at least two telephone numbers listed (mobile and landline), here is an example of the “>” I referred to. Check the lower right corner.
Pressing the “>” yields this, where you may select the appropriate telephone number.
WelI I don’t see a “>” and I don’t want to have to type in her number every time. I don’t even know it by memory because I haven’t needed to take these extra steps before. I’d like it to work normally. Is this no longer possible?
