Apple Card Hold

I had tried to put a pre authorization in for the IPhone 13 Pro max on September 14 with my Apple Card. I wanted to use my Apple Card so I could use the installment feature it has on apple products. I cancelled the order shortly after (maybe 5 hours later) because I realized I wanted to change something about the order. Apple has since put a hold on my card for almost 2 months now for the price of the phone ($1,399) plus tax. I’ve reached out to Goldman Sachs multiple times and not once was I helped, they just connected me to the Apple store to lift the hold, who then sent me back to Goldman Sachs. I’ve been calling fairly often and no one’s been able to help. If I was at least offered a credit in the meantime while this was being fixed that would be great. Sadly I’ve been waiting an obnoxious amount of time to get this fixed, all while not being able to use my card.

I had finally gotten some ground when yesterday a Goldman Sachs representative looked further into it. He told me that tomorrow (today November 7) a supervisor would give me a call to help. I waited all day, received no call. I called again today and they told me over the phone that someone would contact me shortly. After another few hours of waiting I text their help line. Apparently “soon” means 10 days.

Anyone have any idea of what I should do?
