I am trying to update my watch OS from my phone, after download I get the message that update could not verified because you are not connected to internet
I unpaired, reset restart many times but still getting the same error

I have the same issue - watch has 7 gigs in use out of 32gigs, minimal music and apps - I've followed all those steps in the article shared. Any other ideas?
