hello everyone! whenever i try and send an image over SMS (iMessage works fine) it's marked as not delivered, and whenever people say they've sent me an image over SMS i don't receive them or the text that was sent along with them. this issue has been going on for a while, and i can't think of anything that would have caused it.

Go to Settings > Messages and make sure you have MMS turned on. If it is then contact your cell service provider and have them fix it.

mms messaging is turned on, i have no problem receiving texts - just images i can't receive. i'll get in contact with my provider!
