Can you turn off dolby vision on movies that have it on apple tv?

I was able to tuen off Dolby vision in the Apple TV menu but it still shows movie that have Dolby vision with Dolby vision. How can I play those movies without Dolby vision?

See if Match Dynamic Range is set On. That might bring HDR movies as HDR, including when the general format is set to SDR. Turn it off to not match the source content to the equipment’s maximum capabilities.

Do you mean the link that’s doesn’t answer my question? You can turn off Dolby vision & HDR in the out put on your Apple TV but it will still show movies that come with Dolby in Dolby & I don’t want that.

Can we humbly ask why you don’t want to see these movies even offered for viewing? If that’s what you are asking then the answer is no, you can’t turn them off.
