I have ordered an iPhone with my visa debit card, but money was not deducted. Delivery of the product say 3-4 weeks … how long should be wait for the money to be deducted if not will the order be canceled and should we repurchase?
That sounds normal. Apple does not charge until the products ships. Processing means the product is either queued for manufacturing or on the assembly line.

and all the payment was through apple giftcard
same issue many not deducted so far

Apple doesn't collect the money for an order UNTIL the order ships. When the phone ships, they'll apply the payment at that time.
