Hi, I made an order for an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil, and you canceled the iPad Pro and my visa card was deducted $219! why? From visa card was supposed to be deducted only the value of the Apple Pencil, which is $119!

You need to contact Apple - we are all other users and do not have access to their records.

I was charged twice for particular order. I have ordered Ipad pro 2018 11 inch, Apple Pencil 2 and logitec Slim folio from apple store to Canada Toronto. For payment i had Entered debit card detail. Money was deducted for Pencil and slim folio but as Ipad was more expensive than my Card limit, i was asked to update the limit. When I entered the card details of my another card i was charged for Ipad and again charged for Pencil and logitech slim folio. When i talked to customer care, they told me it will be refunded to my account once order has been shipped and she was able to see the payment but now ( 2nd June 2019) when i call them. They were nt ready to accept that payment has been made from first card. I have mail from my band and even the message that it has been deducted to apple store. How can i get my money back ?

Ordered iPhone 12 Pro and the amount deducted from my credit card was double I ordered iPhone 12 Pro 512GB Graphite and AppleCare+ for iPhone 12 Pro.The total amount was $2,305.04. In addition to $2287.61and $2,305.04(Pending) has been deducted from my credit card. Why I pay dubble price? Could you check it?? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Apple cut 8.5$ from my Visa card today 29/9/2020 ,without any subscription any product !!! Please return my money. Why deduct from me 8.5$ today !!??? Iam not bought any product. If you don’t return my money, I will canceling my Visa card from my iPhone. thanks
