So if I purchase iCloud+ Family I see it says we get 200GB of storage.
-Do we each get 200?
-is that 200 divided equally between everyone?
-Is the 200 shared and if there is one “data hoarder” they will fill the iCloud to the point others can’t do their backups?

ugh.. my family is lazy and won’t prune photos at ALL!! I am not even sure my wife realizes I prune out old photos…lol. But the backups have to keep going.
