iCloud Family storage

Question

iCloud Family storage

So if I purchase iCloud+ Family I see it says we get 200GB of storage.

-Do we each get 200?

-is that 200 divided equally between everyone?

-Is the 200 shared and if there is one “data hoarder” they will fill the iCloud to the point others can’t do their backups?

2. No; you can set a rule, but there isn't any technical way of enforcing it.

ugh.. my family is lazy and won’t prune photos at ALL!! I am not even sure my wife realizes I prune out old photos…lol. But the backups have to keep going.
