After one of the latest updates it became not possible to adjust a music volume using a crown on Apple Watch. How to fix this? It was a very useful feature when you are playing music through external speakers.

Doesn't work with the Apple Music either. Small green bar goes up and down but the volume on the AirPods doesn't change.

Fixed in the last update. I hope this regression will never happens again.
It doesn’t work for any third party video / audio players. For example: foobar2000. Volume bar is frozen. It only appears but doesn’t change the volume.

Same as before but now you have to turn it a few times to get it to start to move.
