I have Macbook pro retina 15" late 2013 currently in the macOS Big sure version 11.4

Is it still compatible to update to the newest macOS Big sur 11.6.1?

Yes.

A little more on the details - since the computer is already runing Big Sur 11.4 - the computer will qualify for all updates to Big Sur.

But like usual - do a Time Machine Backup incase.
