Cracked Screen Brand new phone
I received my 13 mini on October 22. I don't have a case for my phone yet, so have not even put my sim card in it, as I am afraid of breaking it. So far I have only used it around my house, mostly for streaming music via Bluetooth.
I was alarmed to see that I have a crack in my screen emanating from the left side about 2/3 of the way across the screen.
I am very careful with my stuff, so I didn't bother getting Apple care.
For the most part, I would call this a defect in the phone for it to break like this, Do you think I can get any support from Apple for this, or am I out of luck?
