Why do I all of a sudden get "Your Issuer does not yet offer support for this card" message when - after suddenly having my functioning Chase VISA card dumped from my Wallet and I'm trying to relist it?

My Chase VISA Card of many years has been in my ApplePay Wallet for some time. No problems. Why do I all of a sudden get "Your Issuer does not yet offer support for this card" message when - after suddenly having my functioning Chase VISA card dumped from my Wallet and I'm trying to relist it?

Hi Steven Weinberg1,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.

From your post, we see that you’re having an issue adding a card to Wallet on your iPhone. We’ll be happy to help with this. To make sure that we are covering everything, here's How to use Wallet on your iPhone, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support.

Also, please look at the steps in this article that talks about If you can't add cards to Wallet to use with Apple Pay .

If you still have an issue after following those steps, you can contact the credit card issuer. If you need further assistance, contact Apple Support directly by using the link towards the bottom of the article or using this link: Contact Apple for support and service.

Have a great day!
