Itunes will not let me manage my subscription. I want to cancel!

Itunes will not let me cancel my subscription. Everytime I click on 'manage', it cirles a grey setting maybe for half a second, then does nothing after even 10 minutes +, with rebooting itunes, etc. I had just turned my computer on!

I've gone on line to check for different ways to get support, chat with someone, call or whatever, and nothing! I even downloaded the apple help app onto my android, and it just cirled and cirlcled a red line over and over for another 10 minutes+.

I don't know how many sites I have gone to online, and spent so much time trying to get an answer, I am SO frustrated, and that's to say the least!!! This is ridiculous!!!

PLEASE HELP!
