Sync I phone 11 to my 2011 Ford Fiesta

I cannot, For the Life of me, get my I phone 11 to sync and/or STAY synced to my 2011 Fiesta. I’m a delivery driver and EVERY time I turn my car off to collect the order and return, start car…and would LOVE for the thing to be ALREADY synced. I have to hear the bonk bonk.. no Bluetooth device is available right now, I’ll try to connect one. I hear this over and over to the point I wanna bash something.

i want to get in my car, start it and have Bluetooth ready to talk to me and give directions, or listen to my music, every time I get in my car. Without having to coax Fiesta into trying to find my Bluetooth device. But Noooo. It drives me crazy 😜
