True tone issue on iPhone 13 / Pro Max

Does anyone have a problem with true tone on iPhone 13 pro series?

When I moved from 12 pro max to 13 pro max, I have noticed that true tone doesn’t work well and when I use my phone at the same place with the same light and position, white balance is changing from yellow to white very fast.

After fter lock and unlock phone - everything is ok, but after few minutes, it’s like true tone to switch of. It’s very annoying.

I have the same problem on my wife’s iPhone 13 pro.

I found the same issue at reddit and I just want to know does apple know about this issue or not…
