iPhone 15.1 update

I'm having MAJOR issues connecting to services after this last update. I've rebooted my iPhone several times but cannot connect to online services - like BING system, Honeywell thermostats, connecting to online apps - like bank - GRRRRRRRR! Nothing is working!
