Looping when trying to reset Apple ID password?
Only have 1 iphone, no other apple devices. Forgot apple id p/w and when trying to reset, it loops after inputting id and phone #......never gets past this. Why?

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
