"Automatically Add To Music" Folder Stopped Working on macOS Monterey?

Since Updating to macOS Monterey 12.0.1 the "Automatically add to Music" folder is broken, and no matter how I put new music in that folder to import and organize, it does not see it, and when I delete that folder, it doesn't recreate it on the next launch. This was a feature I used on a daily basis on Big Sur and earlier.

I do know that I can add by dragging and dropping to the app, and that still works, but that "Add to" folder was built into a workflow I used all the way up to Big Sur. Is anyone else having this problem?

Also, the ability to turn off "Apple Music" in the main window has been taken away. I am a motion picture film editor and use Music to audition music for the movies I work on, and only use local media. I'd like to be able to turn that off again, like I could in Big Sur.

"If you're letting Music organize the media folder you can put them anywhere inside it, although I have to say I have some naming conventions of my own so organize the folder manually. I used to do it by hand but now use a script that encodes all of my rules."

I don't think this automatic reorganisation is working either, if it would work, it would move the music from the "Automatic" folder to the right place inside the folder structure.
