Procreate data recovery

Hey guys, I'm new here. So today my procreate app was really buggy and showed files as "corrupted/greyed-out" so I reinstalled the procreate app after uninstalling. To my surprise, all my data was gone and from "on my ipad" section too. So I have lost all my files which included years of hardwork and projects. I know I didn't have icloud on and some projects weren't backed up.

Is there a fix to this or is this permanent? Would love prompt responses please.

Thank you

If you never backed up this data to Apple iCloud, and/or to a full Mac or Windows PC OR to some other online, offsite data storage/service, like Google Drive/Photos, BOX, DropBox or some other similar services, those Procreate files are gone snd gone forever.

When you delete ANY app, you also, delete ANY data stored inside of that app.

Before you committed to deleting the Procreate app, iOS/iPadOS should have presented a pop-up warning that tells you your data will be erased when you deleted the app.

Did this pop-up message ever appear?

There is nothing to be done, now, except to learn a very valuable lesson and have multiple data backups of ANY important data on ANY computer or computing device and to pay attention before deleting apps off any Apple iOS/iPadOS devices.

iOS/iPadOS apps, ALWAYS store the app data inside of apps.

So, whenever you delete ANY app, it will ALWAYS delete the data stored inside of the app.
