Disabled iphone

I got an iPhone as a gift and once I turned it on it was disabled. Now I have a Chrome book and can't get iTunes. My question would be Is their anyway that I unlock it without iTunes?

You need a Mac Computer or a Windows PC with iTunes installed to complete the reset passcode procedure.

You will need to reset the passcode on the iPhone. You will need a computer to complete this task. You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. All your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.
