So I’m at my sisters house and my phone dies, my partner has my location and when she texted me it said undelivered but she was able to see my location in a complete different place and it also showed I was in route? How is this possible because it’s driving me crazy trying to piece it together.

If seen en route, then it probably is powered on. It's just that the screen is just not working.
