Notes go blank until I restart phone… persistent problems with my last 3 iPhone models… anyone find a real fix?

This is the most frustrating thing in the world. I use my iPhone notes app all the time & this happens at least several times a day. Why? I kept thinking if I bought a new iPhone the prob would go away or that maybe 1 of the bug fix uploads would help but nothing helps.

dear Apple, please take this seriously and fix our iPhone notes. They should not disappear and force us to restart the phone if we want it back. HELP!!!! We pay a fortune for these phones. Why don’t they fix this problem?
