Purchased Microsoft office 365 as a family subscription that renews on 4 Dec 2021 but it will not allow me to sign in on any device to download ?
Despite correct password it insists my subscription is expired.

Thank you for that helpful screenshot. It does show your active subscription for Microsoft 365 Family. First, you'll want to make sure all the apps you are trying to use with that subscription are fully updated: How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support

This is what I found out … if I'm understanding this correctly , Office 365 is becoming
Microsoft 365 . It has a family plan as well . I think they would like for you to convert
to it via " free trial " now and they'll make the new subscription for 13 months . What happens when my subscription ends? How can I continue to work with my documents?
As the expiration date approaches, you will receive notifications in the Office apps and via email, alerting you to the upcoming expiration. If you choose to let your subscription expire, the Office apps enter read-only mode, which means that you can view or print documents, but you can’t create new documents or edit existing documents.
In read-only mode, you can still access and download your files for up to three months by signing into OneDrive directly using the Microsoft account you used to set up Microsoft 365. However, the additional storage that comes with your subscription is lost, so you must save your files elsewhere or buy more OneDrive storage if your OneDrive account exceeds the free storage quota of 5 GB.
Note: If you need to create or edit documents, you can use online versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote for free at Office.com. What happens when my trial ends?
It depends on how you signed up for the trial:
If you signed up via the Microsoft 365 website, and if recurring billing is enabled on the Microsoft Account site, your service will continue uninterrupted and your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the trial, and then monthly thereafter. You do not need to re-install Office apps.

It appears that you purchased a subscription for Microsoft Office 365, but you are seeing a message that the subscription is expired. Can you tell us where you are seeing that message? Is it within an Office 365 app or when you check your subscription on your Apple device? We want to make sure we understand where you are seeing this message.

It is when trying to use the app. It tells me I cannot make any adjustments to templates and then directs me to the purchase page where I can have a free trial or purchase what I already have. When I try to sing in it says my subscription is expired.
