You will have owned your phone 11 months soon and a full year in December. A 1 - 2% decline in Battery Health is normal and expected. 11 months of ownership and a 1% drop/month. Your phone is operating within normal parameters and there is no cause for concern.
But it's not an opinion. Apple suggests a 1 - 2% decline in Battery Health is normal. And the battery in an iPhone 11 Pro and 12 Pro are not the same size. And unless two phone have been used side by side, exactly same in terms of use and charging, they can't be compared to each other in terms of Battery Health. In other words, you cannot compare your phone's battery health to the OPs battery health.
You have to take it to the service center. Happened to me, liquid damage in the charging port. Since I don’t have applecare, they’re charging me almost the same price as the new one. Iphone 12 pro Max is not even water resistant.

And you have determined numan37 has water damage in their charging port, how? Because you do, doesn't mean the OP does and the OP question has absolutely nothing to do with your situation.
Hello,
In general, Apple will replace the battery under warranty if the battery health falls below 80% during the first year.
See this for some detail:
When to charge your iPhone or iPad
Good luck.
I’m gonna have to disagree with you there @lobsterghost1… my 11 Pro is at 89% and it is almost 2 years old.
It could be something you are doing to the phone… do you charge it every night, with very few exceptions?
Disagree all you want. Unless you have used and charged your phone exactly as much as the OP, you cannot compare. Also, the battery in iPhone 12 Pro vs 11 Pro is not the same size.
Easy there, I'm not disrespecting your opinion. Simply sharing my mind.
Uh yes it most certainly is
