Feature Request - Disable Buttons on Beats Fit Pro

I picked up my Fit Pro yesterday and they are pretty brilliant. I do have two issues that might cause me to return them. :(

• Fit doesn't fit; but then, I haven't found a pair of earbuds that do fit so *shrug* I might just live with this. I'll look for a third party ear cup that is a little larger. However...
• The buttons kill my joy. 
  • I cannot use Fit Pro for noise control at night because my pillow activates a long press often in the night. 
  • I used noise cancellation on my Airpod Pros for hearing protection while on a motorcycle. I could hear traffic and horns, while reducing wind noise to a safe level. However, my helmet, and even my toque (knit hat) cause a button press and change the Fit listen mode when I don them. 
  • I bump the button while fidgeting with my glasses or hair and accidentally hang-up on calls

So the feature request? A menu choice in the "Settings/Accessability/Beats to disable the buttons and just use the phone to change features.
