Is there a charging pad available for iPad minis?

No.

No iPad wireless, inductively charges. None.

You need to understand, to have a device that can wirelessly, inductively charge requires a device that is made with a glass component, like the glass back chassis of most highe end model iPhones and other higher end smart phones.

The glass acts as an electrical current isolator, preventing electrical current shock to the user.

iPads have an an aluminium alloy back chassis that does NOT allow for ANY form of wireless, inductive battery charging.
