what is this blue square frame around activity rings

I recently noticed this blue square frame around my Apple Watch activity rings… any tips ?

Apple Watch Series 7, watchOS 8

That indicates that you have AssistiveTouch enabled. Turn off AssisstiveTouch and then restart your watch.

If so then I would try force resetting your watch by holding in the side button and the digital crown for 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo then release.
